Biography

He is a Special of Counsel at CN&R with more than 25 years of experience focusing primarily on mortgage law, real estate law and notary law. Mr. García Soto has worked extensively on residential loans and developments. He also represents developers and clients in real estate purchases and lease negotiations. Mr. García Soto frequently provides seminars and conferences to Mortgage Loan Officers and Real Estate Brokers on mortgage law, notary law and other related and relevant topics. He is admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar. Mr. García Soto has B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) in Sociology and a J. D. from the Law School (1988), both from the University of Puerto Rico.
