Biography

Non-Equity Partner, CNR&D. Mr. Baraga-Huyke’s primary areas of practice are mortgage law, commercial lending, real estate and corporate law. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively on residential and commercial financing transactions, primarily as lender’s counsel. Mr. Baraga Huyke also represents clients in lease negotiations and real property purchase transactions. He also has substantial experience in loan workouts and restructured transactions on behalf of financial institutions. Mr. Baraga Huyke is admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar. Has a BBA in Finance with a concentration in Political and Fiscal Monetary Policies (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico, and a Juris Doctor from Interamerican University School of Law (2003).
