Biography
Mr. Emmanuelli has participated actively in every aspect of the Puerto Rico Civil litigation in addition to arbitration and mediation proceedings, from interviewing prospect clients, gathering evidence, filing complaints, discovery and trials, including litigation of cases under civil, criminal and administrative law in the Puerto Rico State and Appellate Court. He practices administrative law, torts, labor law, constitutional law, successions and criminal law cases involving misdemeanors, crimes committed under special laws and civil litigation. Mr. Emmanuelli served as an intern to the Honorable Judge Lissette Toro Velez assisting in Civil Law research and case adjudication. On his last year as a law student he gained firsthand litigation experience in criminal law, as part of the Legal Aid Clinic Program, where he worked for “Sociedad para Asistencia Legal”. Mr. Emmanuelli studied Family comparative law (Spain-Puerto Rico) and European Community law courses at the “Fundación Jose Ortega y Gasset” in Toledo, Spain. He is admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar. He is also a Public Notary and a Real Estate Broker.
